Visitors to this year’s The Game Fair will be able to relax and enjoy a pint or two in the event’s first ever pop-up pub - The Game Fair Arms

Visitors to next weekend’s Game Fair, which is being held at Hatfield House in Hertfordshire from Friday 28 to Sunday 30 July, will be able to relax and refuel at the event’s first ever pop-up pub, The Game Fair Arms.

Located opposite Hatfield train station on Great North Road just a short stroll from the pedestrian entrance, organisers of The Game Fair have appointed Dylans Kings Arms to take over The Great Northern pub for all three days of the hugely popular event. As well as breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, the pop-up pub will be serving an all-day BBQ in conjunction with Farr Brew beers.

As the world’s largest outdoor fieldsports-themed show, The Game Fair will attract around 120,000 visitors. The much-loved event boasts a comprehensive itinerary of gundogs, clay shooting, archery, fly fishing, coarse fishing, falconry and ferreting. Billed as a celebration of the British countryside, there will also be 1,000 trade stands, a pop-up village green with cricket matches, a celebrity clay shooting contest, TV host Gregg Wallace will be serving lunch plus there will be rather eccentric fox calling competition.

Walk-ins are welcome but booking is advisable. To book a table, email: info@dylanskingsarms.com.
